I created PEMS Well as a part of my healing journey. We all have things we need to heal from, whether childhood trauma, relationship abuse, feeling unworthy, and so on.

These are five factors in my life that I continue to work on daily.

These factors determine your happiness (notice none of them are material)

These are things you are in control of.

These are things that no one can take from you. Healing starts within.

My mission for PEMS Well is to help you reclaim your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual power. I want to help feed your soul (and mine). When your soul is to feed the soul, when your soul is fed its like you’re floating, you radiate light. Soul starvation leads to misery, unawareness, ego obsession, toxicity, anger, and resentment.
