Have you evolved in your business? When you look at your business have you grown from where you were last week, last month, last year?
Your biggest supporters may not follow you on social media and THAT’S OKAY.
One thing I’ve learned is a lot of my customers don’t follow my businesses on social media and that’s okay. I support many, many, brands and I don’t follow them on social media. I buy Starbucks and Nektar every other day, I love Nike sneakers, I’m addicted to Nordies, but I don’t follow them on social media.
There will be good days and there will be bad days.
Just know for every bad day, there are way more good days. For every product that kills it, there was a bad day.
Love the process, not what the process may give you.

Your Team
Only keep inspirational people on your team. Your team should be people who want to see you win. People you can learn from. They say you are the sum of your circle, make sure your circle reflects who you want to be.

If it’s your passion, do it. It may not be for everybody and that’s okay. People will talk about it/you regardless if they love you/it or hate you/it. Either way, don’t believe them. Do you love you?
Unfollows/unsubscribers are OKAY. You only want customers/supporters who want to support you. Forget vanity and imaginary support.
As a business owner you don’t have to be available 24/7. Set your business hours.
Just because someone is clearing out their inbox at midnight doesn’t mean you have to respond
