November 8, 2024 - Part/Vlog 15: Get Excited About Your Business

Hello, hello, welcome back!!!

My energy, vibe, has shifted. I’m really trying to give it to God and focus on what I can control. I had a birthday in October and I feel like there was a shift. But then I started getting discouraged. My life currently feels like a constant stay of discouragement. How are you feeling?

Last vlog I talked about wanting to do something new but was too comfortable in my current state, but the current state ain’t working. Plus, stagnancy/complacency literally equals death. I’m really focusing on changing things. I need a huge change.

I’m focusing on learning more, trying to understand my purpose, my calling and also knowing that each of our “purposes” are different. I really want to encourage people to be their best, try new things, live like they are dying (because we are), and stop doing things we don’t want to do.  

It's time to get excited about your business!!!!! Excited about what's in store. Get excited like a kid on Christmas morning. Believe in your business the way kids believe in Santa and the tooth fairy. Expect your business to grow, to flourish.

This is your reminder to get up and make it happen. We. Are. Not. Giving. Up. 

I want to change up my YouTube channel, my thumbnails. I want to change up my Instagram feng shui. 

Moving on to I got my black owned business, small business, and women-owned business certifications from SAM.gov. I started two sections on my blog for “Business problems and solutions” and “How I started selling on Amazon”. Hopefully these pages help you on your small business journey.

I created this insert for my Amazon orders. I’m a little paranoid about it (I explain on vlog). 

I can’t get my Facebook/Instagram shop up and it’s killing me!! I've spent like five hours trying to fix it. Such a waste of time. I hate wasting time. I decided to say eff it! Our time is too precious to waste. Do you sell on Facebook or Instagram? How is it working for you?

I really want a simple life!!!

Do you ever have customers reach out for a restock and they never order?!?!?!?

Recently I talked about writing your own story and I’m still struggling with writing mine. When I think of successful businesses (not all, some) I get discouraged because mine doesn’t look like theirs.
