2 pounds of shrimp (I prefer Trader Joe's Argentinian shrimp)
3 lemons/3 limes (½ cup fresh lemon juice/½ cup fresh lime juice)
One cup red onion diced
One cup tomato diced
One bunch cilantro finely chopped
Two cucumbers diced
One jalapeño diced (remove seeds)
Seasoning**:
Salt (I like kosher salt) about 4 TSPs (total) (use 2 TSPs for smaller serving size, see below)
Pepper
Old Bay
Garlic Salt
**I'm not good with these measurements. I eyeball it, but you don't want to put too much.
