Serving for approximately ten

  • 2 pounds of shrimp (I prefer Trader Joe's Argentinian shrimp)

  • 3 lemons/3 limes (½ cup fresh lemon juice/½ cup fresh lime juice)

  • One cup red onion diced

  • One cup tomato diced 

  • One bunch cilantro finely chopped

  • Two cucumbers diced

  • One jalapeño diced (remove seeds)

Seasoning**:

Salt (I like kosher salt) about 4 TSPs (total) (use 2 TSPs for smaller serving size, see below)

Pepper

Old Bay

Garlic Salt

**I'm not good with these measurements. I eyeball it, but you don't want to put too much.

Serving for approximately five

  • One pound of shrimp

  • One container already prepped Pico de Gallo

  • One large cucumber diced

  • ½ jalapeño diced (remove seeds)

  • 2 lemons/2 limes (to make a total of about ¾ cup fresh lemon juice/fresh lime juice)
