So Public, Yet so Private.

What better blog to be my first one than answering a question for the creepers, how do you trying to be a “blogger” but your social media is private?

Just because I choose to share certain aspects of my life, doesn’t mean my life is an open book for everyone to read. It’s not meant to be in just any ole library for everyone to check out (fun fact, my first job was at a library when I was 17).

Everyone shouldn’t have and doesn’t deserve access to me and my energy. Yours either. It’s called boundaries my friends. Everyone is not allowed in your space, in life and one social media.

Social media is a playground that can be fun and joyous but it can also be a toxic place. I’ve met so many amazing people through social media and I am grateful for it.

The unfortunate aspect of social media is that allows people to come into your space and say whatever they want with really no immediate consequences, like getting punched in the throat!

So I keep my page private (it was public at one time). I definitely accept (some) new followers but I don't want non-followers, those with toxic energy, and the nosey birds coming to my page and leaving bad juju. Some people are miserable and unhappy and want to take you to that level. Well not here and not today. I've seen it in my business. Like bruh, WHY. ARE. YOU. HERE???

Trust me, the people with miserable existences are watching (but don’t want you to know) and taking notes, but rather than making an effort to change their misery they try to transfer that energy and I’m not here for it.

If you’re not here to share light and love you’re not allowed 🚫 in my positive energy space.

Sorry not sorry.

Luv ya. XXOO, Alisha
